Refunds

Return window 30 days from date of delivery. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided a pre-paid return label and RMA number associated with your return. Once received, your refund will be applied based on your original form of payment. All returns must be in new, unused condition with any items that come with the purchase (headcover, wrench, etc.). If an item is returned in used/damaged condition, GolfSuperstore reserves the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly. Used golf club values will be based off of the PGA Value Guide.

 

Returns are not accepted on the following items:

  • Custom Golf Clubs
  • Special Orders
  • Personalized or Logo Items

 

All refunds will be applied based on the original form of payment.

 

Golf Superstore reserves the right to alter or adjust this policy at its own discretion.
