Refunds

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, simply ship your product(s) to our return address below, and we will refund your order less original shipping/handling charges once received. All returns must be in new, unused condition with any items that come with the purchase (headcover, wrench, etc.). If an item it returned in used/damaged condition, Golf Superstore reserves the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly. Used golf club values will be based off of the PGA Value Guide. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, simply ship your product(s) to our return address below, and we will credit your new order less original and replacement shipping/handling charges. All returns must be in new, unused condition with any items that come with the purchase (headcover, wrench, etc.). If an item it returned in used/damaged condition, Golf Superstore reserves the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly. Used golf club values will be based off of the PGA Value Guide. 

Returns are not accepted on the following items:

Special Orders
Personalized or Logo Items

All refunds will be applied based on the original form of payment.
